Dr. Scott E. Olney, has almost 40 years of experience. He earned his B.S. in Human Biology at Slippery Rock State College in Butler County, Pennsylvania. He graduated from The National College of Chiropractic in Lombard, Illinois where he received his Doctorate of Chiropractic. Dr. Scott E. Olney is also a Licensed Physician Acupuncturist.
